What We Do
Welcome to Yoga Family, a heart-centered yoga studio based in San Jose, California, founded in 2015 by Jing Guan. At Yoga Family, we believe yoga is more than just a practice—it’s a way of life, a journey of self-discovery, and a path to connection and healing.
We offer a variety of yoga classes for all ages and experience levels—from beginners to seasoned practitioners, children to seniors. Our offerings include:
